It took a few months, but we were able to sell it. She did a great job marketing it, staging it, and keeping constantly in the loop and helped us with final negotiations, which was important because the buyers were realtors themselves. Then this past year, when we were missing the beach, we told her we were looking for something a bit smaller and with less maintenance but still on the north coast. About a month later, she texted me a brand new listing in Cannon Beach. The pictures were amazing, but we were skeptical but went down the next day and met with her and realized this was perfect for us—smaller, less maintenance, great views, and ready to live in.
